·        If the product is still covered by the guarantee, please inform us. Normally our products are covered by one year guarantee from the date of purchase.

·        Send only the accessories which are necessary for analysing the problem.

·        Please make sure your equipment is packed carefully so that is protected against knocks and dust.

·        Please fill out this form, sign and date it and then include it in the parcel.

·        We additionally ask you to address the parcel clearly. Make sure you include the words ‘Repair Service’ and your address on the packaging.
